I need advice on this hairstyle and these highlights?

i love the hair style that i chose but i love the 2nd pictures highlights...what do you guys think?I need advice on this hairstyle and these highlights?
i think they look similar - but i was told that if you look at your eyes and if there are yellow flecks, like in green or hazel eyes, then blonder will work best and if you have more reddish flecks - like in brown eyes, then tone your hair redder... if you have blue eyes with no yellow... then blonder is better... but blue eyes work with most hair colors...I need advice on this hairstyle and these highlights?

i love the hair cut if you have straight hair the cut will look great on you. and the highlights look good too.

thats one hectik haircut but my word of caution - the first haircut would only look as totally awesome as you want it to be IF YOU STYLE IT -
i like it but too much blonde make it dark then perfect
