DEF. curls.....very sophisticated yet cute. Advantages to highlights are new color.....it brightens your hair a tad....and makes it look more vibrant. Downside though is if you get it done badly you'll end up looking streaky........highlights should DEF look natural. and they fade after awhile so you have to get them redone at least three or four times a year.
