bleach the parts your want dyed, buy colored hair dye, after done bleaching, then repeat with the color. Go to a hair store like Sallys Beauty Salon or anywhere that sells hair dye, follow instructions on box, but if you have dark hair bleach sections first. If you have blonde hair already then you prob wont need to bleach.
