I'd like them a non-natural red, (Like real red.)Where can I get temporarily Blood Red highlights?
Well in order to get that color in your hair you would have to bleach/lighten it first.... and thats not temporary.

Also most red dye is semi-perminate. Which means it comes out, but not all the way. Your hair will always have a light red tint to it.Where can I get temporarily Blood Red highlights?
you can't get temporary red without bleaching your hair. you can only go darker than your natural or existing hair color without bleaching, which is permenant. So, while the red might rinse out, it will still be white-ish yellow underneath.
if your hair is black (like in your avatar), it would be hard for blood red to show up so you'd have to find one that works on dark hair. i've had success with loreal colour rays. the box doesn't say whether it's permanent or not, but in my hair it doesn't stay too long (but i don't think my hair holds color very well). other then that, you would probably have to bleach your hair or use the clip on things... which i have no clue where you could find them.
You can get human hair extensions (or specially designed synthetic hair extensions) that you can dye any color you want.

Here's a youtube video showing you how to create highlights in your hair with clip in hair extensions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrP_tbFDk鈥?/a>
Clairol has a highlighting kit called XtremeFX, which you might like. Walgreeens usually has the red variety on their shelves, as well as a lovely purple. You won't even have to pre-bleach. I've used it on jet black hair and it showed up just fine, which is saying a lot because my hair is really stubborn.
Manic Panic washes out in a few weeks and the also have clip-on ';glam strips';. http://www.manicpanic.biz/HairProducts.h鈥?/a>
