Red wine is actually good for health when taken in the right amount. And drinking 60 ml/ day daily will prevent heart attacks.Can someone highlight the ill effects of large (300-400ml/day) red wine drinking, both short and long term?
thats around 3 glasses of wine, right? cut it down to just 2 and thats fine and actually beneficial for health, red wine is full of heart healthy antioxidents, red wine is the only alcohol i consume and i have it once a week, i used to drink it every couple of nights and i could get through a whole bottle! i realised that it was to much, and cut way back to just a few glasses once a week :)
