no just because you dye your hair it doesnt make you scene or punk. im a ';goth'; and my friend is a ';punk'; its not the color that you dye your hair its really more like the personality that comes with your hair. and among punks the most popular hair colors are green, blue, and pink. red isnt ALL that favored but it does depend on the person. i dyed the bottom of my hair red but it didnt show up. i think ill try pink next time.Just because you highlight your hair red on dark dark hair, is that considered scene or punk?

No. As far as I know, your attitude shows whether you're ';scene'; or ';punk';. If you want to dye your hair, go ahead. There are always going to be people that judge, so just go with what you want and ignore them.
