I have natural red hair and i need to know what color i should highlight it?

i highlighted them blonde but i hate the blonde. i was thinking of going platinum blonde in patches everywhere. keep in mind that im pretty funky and creative. but i was thinking doing brown too. i just need some ideas?I have natural red hair and i need to know what color i should highlight it?
instead of highlights, try something darker. like a darker shade of auburn underneath your head. w/ the right hair cut, it will look like you have dark hair w/ red highlights.I have natural red hair and i need to know what color i should highlight it?

as a redhead i believe the whitest blonde is the best and it looks really good braided or just up, but i would stay away from the brown and do thicker sections of the hair in the blonde..
lowlight blonde - and brownish auburn -- would be gorgeous!

just a few blonde streaks, what color blonde did u use? depends on your shade of red, a lot, chicki
i wouldn't go blonde at all, as you have red hair (like me) then it has the tendency to turn brassy or orange in colour and that's not good. Go for highlights in shades of red, start with copper, strawberry blond, pillar box red, then start going darker, think of autumn leaves and go for those colours, very pretty!
ask your stylist. either way your new highlites/color will turn red (brassy) cuz of your natural red.
Coming from a guys perspective, go with the brown. There's less contrast.
