Are blonde highlights and red highlights good in dark brown hair?

i am thinking about highlighting my hair and i don't know what to do! So if you have any pictures or websites that would be great! And if you think it would not look good send some pics of any other suggestions! thxxxx!!!Are blonde highlights and red highlights good in dark brown hair?
Wow that sounds kool.. it depends HOW u get them.. if its like streaks nice.. if its tips. maybe not. i have light brown hair and i have had red highlights...Are blonde highlights and red highlights good in dark brown hair?
I currently have red %26amp; blonde streaks on dark brown hair...they look great. But what my stylist suggested was lighted my base color (dark brown) which made everything blend together better. Also, Red is the hardest color to ';keep';. It fades pretty fast, so just be aware.





So, basically I have blonde highlights, mahogany (red) streaks %26amp; low lights (making my dark brown lighter). It's actually a great combination ecspecially when the light hits it.
o red and blonde together look trashy so i would do a blonde color but make sure its not to blonde or it will look stupid another thing you can do is get lighter brown highlights
Darker red highlights are better in brown hair. And lowlights, blonde, look really good too.
it will look good if you get something like kelly clarksons hair when she first got out of american idol.

a honey brown or mahogany looks good with highlights..underlights look great too.

it is simply to make a blonde highlight with dark brown hair it will be better with a long or short hair


by the way it is my hair colore from long years ago and i cant change it coz i like it
You do not need highlights to be attractive.Just be natural self.
